摘要
介绍了WiMAX和802.16标准的关系,阐述了802.16标准主要是在2～66GHz频段的无线接入系统中,规范和测试空中接口物理层和媒质接入控制层,其系列中7个主要标准对应的非视距传输、OFDM等技术领域,通过对WiMAX技术的应用、物理层、MAC层业务能力、网络架构特点的分析,给出了WiMAX技术的6大应用模式及其应用前景。
This paper introduced the relationship between the WiMAX and the standard 802. 16. The main use of the standard 802.16 is to regular and test the Air Interface Physical Layer, the Media Access Control Layer in 2 - 66 GHz wireless interface system, and the technical field such as the Non Light of Sight Transfer, OFDM corresponding to the 7 sub - standards. Through the analysis of WiMAX in application, physical Layer, ability of MAC Layer, and the network construction, this paper presents the 6 main technical application modes and prospects of WiMAX.
