Study on the Digital Library Services Evaluation

摘要 本文对现有的数字图书馆服务评价方法进行了梳理,提出一个包含产出评价、绩效指标、服务质量、结果评价等在内的评价框架,并对这几种评价方法的结果进行分析,最后提出现有评价方法存在的问题,并对未来的评价工作提了三点建议。 fistly, summarizes the existing evaluation approach of digital library service and presents an evaluation framework that includes output assessment, performance measurement, service quality and outcome assessment, and then analyze the evaluation outcome of those approaches, lastly points out the problems with those approaches, and gives some suggestions about the future evaluation work.
