跳汰机排料装置的改进及DSP智能化控制

摘要 根据跳汰机排料控制的现状,对传统的跳汰机排料装置作出改进,增加了可调铲板,并对其控制系统的设计做了研究,为更好地适应工业现场的要求,引入模糊控制技术,具有高度智能化;以TMS320F2407DSP为核心,设计排料装置控制系统的软硬件,此改进方案能够提高精煤产品质量和精煤回收率,增加经济效益。 According to the current control situation of jigging machine's material discharge device, in this paper we have improved its discharge device, used adjustable spade board and studied its control system. Adapted to the request of industry field, a project based on fuzzy control technology has been put forward with high intelligence. In addition the system's hardware and software have also been designed by TMSF2407 DSP. This project can improve the quality and reclaiming ratio of selected coal products and increase economic profit.
