摘要
我国高等院校体育课程改革,应遵循世界潮流,更新思想,转变观念,确立“终身化、民主化、个性化”的大学生体育观,与健康教育、生活教育相结合,与未来社会接轨,建立起学校、社会、家庭体育相联系的新体制,这是新时期社会发展对高等院校体育课程改革的要求,也是在新形势下全面展示体育育人功能的关键所在,因此,高等院校公共体育课程的项目选择就要充分考虑学科的需要、学生的需要和社会的需要,形成多科形式交叉组合的课程结构群;课程设置也应该突破现有的平面结构,拓展成为多层次,立体化的课程体系,这就要求大学体育教师思想必须适应新形势,要更新自己的观念,致力于提高学生的体育能力,发挥学生个性,促进学生全面发展;而且要注重体育教育的文化性、娱乐性和健身性,培养学生自我学习体育文化知识的兴趣与能力;此外,还应进行专项性或有深度的学习,教师还应该适当提升学生的理论高度,引导学生学会对体育比赛和运动美学更高层次的欣赏,加强理论知识的教学与灌输。
College physical education is confronted with new opportunity and challenge because both course reform of college physical education has been advocated and National College Physical Education Teaching Guidance Program has been newly promulgated in August, 2002. College PE course reform of China should innovate in accordance with the world styles and establish college students＇PE concept of lifetime, democratization and individuation; it should also be combined with health and life education to adapt to the development of future society and establish a new PE system which is involved with colleges, families and the whole society. Such is not only the de- mand of social development but also the key to realize the function of education. Thus item selection of college PE must take subjects, students and social development into consideration. Course design should break through the current views to form a solid course system. Accordingly teachers must be devoted to the development of students＇ability and individuality. Cultural and recreational function of PE should also be focus on to strengthen ability and interest of studentsqearning PE knowledge by themselves. Additionally, students should be taught some PE theories and be guided to appreciate the beauty of the sports and games.
