摘要 为了更好地同时显示功能图像及其对应解剖图像,要选择一种更有效的显示方法。我们把图像融合的理念引入到功能图像的显示过程中,通过比较几种现有的图像融合方法在功能磁共振成像(fMRI)显示方面的效果,提出了一种改进的基于小波分析的图像融合方法。实验结果表明,这种改进的图像融合方法弥补了传统功能磁共振成像显示方面的不足,在无需阈值化的条件下,不仅可以有效地显示出功能激活区域,同时也能显示激活区域对应的解剖信息,具有一定的临床应用价值。 In order to have a better result in displaying functional image and conesponding anatomical image together, a more effective display method is needed. The concept of image fusion was brought to functional image display. An improved wavelet-based method for image fusion was given by comparing the results between several image fusion methods. The experiment result shows that this method makes up the deficiencies of fMRI traditional display. It doesn't need a threshold and it can show the active area with high-light and the anatomical information of the active area. So it has some clinical practice value.
