大鼠肠道对花生壳提取物主要成分的吸收研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究花生壳提取物对大鼠在体肠的吸收情况。方法:运用单向灌流模型并采用HPLC法测定花生壳提取物中主要有效成分木犀草素在灌流液中的浓度。结果:花生壳提取物大鼠肠吸收优于木犀草素单体,两者的肠腔有效吸收系数(Peff)和吸收速率常数(ka)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:花生壳提取物中的其他成分对木犀草素的吸收有促进作用。 Objective: To study the absorption of peanut hull extract in intestines of rats. Methods: In situ single pass perfusion model was used and the concentrations of luteolin, effective component from peanut hull in perfusate, were detected by HPLC. Resuits: The intestinal absorption of luteolin from peanut hull extract was better than that of pure luteolin ,the effective permeability(Peff) and absorption rate constant (ka) of pure luteolin showed significant difference (P〈0.05)with peanut hull extract. Conclusion: The other components in peanut hull extract can promote the absorption of luteolin.
