摘要
在科技飞速进步的带动下,经济的发展已经步入了体验经济阶段。在体验经济形态中,消费和生产追求的都是“个性化”的产品,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中领先,就必须进行设计管理创新以适应新的竞争环境和规则。文章通过对体验经济的主要特点的分析,从多个角度提出了关于企业设计管理创新的想法。
The economic development has entered into the experience economy phase, driven by the rapid advancement of science and technology. In the form of the experience economy, consumption and production are in the pursuit of " Personality". Enterprises shall innovate designing management in order to suit new competitive environment and rules if they want to keep ahead in the severe market competition. Through the analysis of the main characters of experience economy, the thesis brings forward the conception relating to the innovation of enterprise designing management from different angles.
