摘要
为了在PC机上实现可用于手术培训和手术规划的虚拟手术环境进行生物组织建模与仿真研究.虚拟手术目前面临的主要难题是建模的准确性和仿真的实时性问题.首先建立了生物组织运动的力学平衡等式并且建立了几种典型模拟生物组织的材料模型,利用有限元分析的方法,对高度非线性的生物力学方程进行求解,为了实现实时仿真的要求,通过神经网络技术学习有限元分析结果再集成到整个系统中.文中给出了该方法在正骨手术仿真中的应用.结果证明,基于该方法建立的仿真系统既体现了生物组织的材料特性又满足了实时仿真的要求.
The main goal of modeling and real -time simulation of biological tissue is to build a virtual surgery environment for training and surgery programming on a PC. Currently, the main difficulties of virtual surgery are the model's accuracy and the real -time simulation. In this paper dynamics equilibrium equation of tissue deformation and some typical material model of simulation tissue were set up first, high non - linear biomechanics equation was solved by finite element method and learn the results by neural network to realize real - time simulation. An application of setting - bone simulation is provided as example. The result shows that the simulation system, based on the proposed method, can represent the biological tissue' s material performance accurately. On the other hand, the real-time requirement can be satisfied.
