摘要
向聚硅酸中引入铝盐、铁盐、硼砂制得含硼聚硅酸金属盐复合絮凝剂,用红外光谱研究了各成分间的相互作用。结果发现:红外图谱中有Si—O—B键、Al—O—B键、Fe—O—B键、Al—O—Si键、Fe—O—Si键生成,表明Si、B、Al3+、Fe3+及其水解产物之间发生了相互作用,且其作用的大小受Al/Si、Fe/Si摩尔比的影响较大。
A series of polysilicate-containing boron composite inorganic polymer flocculants are prepared by introducing aluminium salt, ferric salt and borax into polysilicic acid. The interaction among all parts is observed by infrared spectrum. There are peaks of Si-O-B, A1-O-B, Fe-O-B, Al-O-Si, Fe-O-Si in the infrared spectra, which confirm that there are interaction between Si, B, Al^3+ , Fe^3+ , and the polynuclear hydroxy complexes, and the interaction is mainly affected by molar ratio of Al/Si,Fe/Si.
