摘要
介绍了某企业采用“水解酸化-接触氧化-氯氧化脱色”废水处理工艺接触氧化系统运行情况,运行实践表明,当接触氧化处理的DO大于3.3mg/L时,镜检生物膜由细菌、真菌、原生动物和活性较好的后生动物组成较为完整的生态系统,大口钟虫和轮虫活性较好,出水水质好;当DO低于3mg/L时,出水浊度和悬浮物含量高,出水水质变差。分析了接触氧化池DO不足的原因,对射流曝气器发生电化学腐蚀导致DO不足的机理进行了研究。
The article introduces the run instance of a contact oxidation tank in some company, which is when DO of No.4 phase in the contact oxidation tank exceeds 3.3 mg/L, the water quality of its drain is very better. However, when DO is less than 3 mg/L, the water quality of its drain gets bad. In addition, the article studies the principle of the electrochemical erosion, and ascribes the drop of the dissolved oxygen to the electrochemical erosion of effiux aeration injector.
