摘要
结合沙角A电厂对6kV高压开关柜的闭锁措施进行技术改造后,仍然存在不够完善的问题,提出不改变原有操作顺序和闭锁关系,在有可能出现反送电的开关柜的出线端装设高压带电显示闭锁装置,以及在工作电源开关和备用电源开关之间引入电气闭锁来增加防误闭锁措施。
The problem of preventing miss block function was existed for 6 KV switch cabinet in Shajiao A Power Plant after the technical reformation of blocking measures. The paper put forward some preventing miss block measures to improve the function of preventing miss block for HV switch cabinet in order to reach the requirements of ＂5 preventions＂ eventually, such as adopting the hotline indication block device installed at line end of the switch cabinet under the condition of un-changc original operating order and blocking relation, using the electrical blocking between the switch of working power supply and switch of spare power supply.
