摘要 常州市武进供电公司所辖变电所全部实行无人值班后,在调度自动化系统中使用地区电网无功电压优化运行集中控制系统(VQC)的过程中出现遥控成功率不高的情况。通过检查测试,发现一旦从遥控命令至遥控成功记录的时间超过30s时,则遥控失败。指出DF-8002前置机是主要的延时源,体现在安装的问答式规约存在缺陷及本身的应用软件存在问题,改进措施实施后,遥控成功率达到97.7%,超过预期目标值95%。 The substations in Changzhou Wujin Power Supply Co. are all unattended. During the use of regional power network VQC of dispatching automation system, the condition of lower successful rate for remote control was existent. Through inspecting test, it was discovered that the failure of remote control occurred when the time from the order of remote control to the successful record of remote control exceeded 30 s. It is pointed out that DF - 8002 is the major source of delay time, which indicates the defects of protocol of questions and answers in installation and the existent problems in application software. After improvement measures are implemented, the successful rate of remote control reaches 97.7% , which exceeds the 95% of expected goal value.
