摘要
本文介绍了某新型飞机铝合金整体座舱骨架锻件的研制过程中,采用UG和DEFORM软件,实施锻造CAD/CAE技术的具体方法。研制结果表明,数值模拟能有效地分析锻造过程可能产生的问题,从而优化锻造工艺参数和模具结构,保证了这种大型铝合金模锻件的试制成功。
A method of die forging was proposed by CAD/CAE,in which,a new type of airplane cabin framework in Aluminium alloy was developed using UG and DEFORM design. The results shown that numerical simulation can analyse effectively the problem at forging course, optimize forging process parameters and die structures, ensure to develo Psuccessful this large forging in Aluminium alloy.
