摘要
抗癌剂2号(AntineoplastonA3)是从人尿中分离提取的一种含肽类的氧化物。小鼠ip抗癌剂2号的LD50为2.01±0.26g·kg-1,当ipLD50或大于LD50(2.5g·kg-1)的抗癌剂2号时,可见小鼠对机械刺激的反应降低,自主活动明显减少,小鼠肌张力及协调平衡活动呈明显障碍,提示抗癌剂2号的急性毒性主要表现在神经系统。
Antineoplaston A 3 is an oxidized mixture of peptide derivatives isolated from human urine. The LD 50 of Antineoplaston A 3 is 2 01±0 26 g·kg -1 in the mice by ip. When Antineoplaston A 3 is injected (ip) into the mice at the dosage of LD 50 or more(2 5 g·kg -1 ) it is found that the response for machinery stimulation, the autonomic activity, the muscle tone and the regulation of balance ability decreased obviously.
