摘要
为采取简便、快速、经济的方法获得高质量的RNA和mRNA，本实验比较了氯化铯超速高心、胍盐／热酚法和“一步法”提取总RNA以及采用Oligo（dT）玻璃柱或离心柱分离纯化mRNA的方法.结果表明:“一步法”与任一种纯化mRNA的方法合用均能获得高纯度、未被降解的RNA和mRNA而可被用于多种实验研究。
To obtain the pure and undegraded RNA and mRNA in eukaryotics cells by the simple,fast and economic methodes,it had been done that the comparison of the methodes of guanidinium-CsCI, guanidinium-hot phenol and n simple--step' to extract total RNA and glass column and eppendorf tubes with oligo (dT)to purify mRNA. The results showed that the pure and undegraded RNA and mRNA could be obtained and used in the several studies by those methodes.
