摘要
基片集成波导技术使得包括平面电路、接头和矩形波导在内的完整电路可以以平面的形式集成在标准印刷电路板上;论文首次将金属条带式波导平面电路带通滤波器的设计方法引入基片集成波导之中,发展了基片集成波导带通滤波器的设计;文中提供了一个设计实例,Ansoft HFSS的数值仿真结果显示该途径是行之有效的。
The substrate integrated waveguide technique makes it possible that a complete circuit including planar circuitry, transitions, and rectangular waveguides are fabricated in a planar form using a standard printed circuit board. In this paper, a filter design method derived from a synthesis technique using the metallic diaphragm is presented. One example is given, and the result by numerical simulation on the basis of Ansoft HFSS shows that this approach is feasible.
