二维DCT变换在TMS320VC5402芯片上的实现及应用

摘要 针对医学图像处理中的数据压缩预处理问题,提出了一种基于DSP的二维DCT和IDCT实现,并针对TMS320VC5402的特点优化了DCT算法,极大提高了运算速度. In hospital, the amounts of medical images are very huge, so we need to compress them before we store and transfer these images. To do with it, this paper introduced an algorithm of DCT and IDCT that based on DSP. We also give out the detailed steps of how to realize it, and optimize this algorithm especially with TMS320VC5402 which is a DSP from TI Corporation. This realization strongly improves the DCT operation speed.
