摘要
脑卒中患者急性期因血管调节功能障碍．可随体位变化而致血压下降．进而发生头晕目眩，站立不稳．严重者突然跌倒的脑缺血表现，直接影响病人的康复．本文对照观察了102例脑卒中急性期患者与非脑卒中患者68例的体位改变对血压的影响．
In cerebral apoplexy acut stage,the Patients' blood Pressure often reduces with posture changes because of blood vessel regulation functional disorder. Patients could feel dizziness, standing. unstabilized,even fallen down unexpectedly. It directly affected patients' recovery. This article compares the effects of posture changes to blood pressure of 102 cases with cerebral apoplexy in acut stage and 68 cases with no cerebral apoplexy patients.
