摘要
以往有关纱线或织物抗弯刚度的测量大都依据线型材料简单弯曲时的力值和挠度值来表征,但由于边界条件、测量方式或基本假设的影响,使这些方法测量结果的真实性和准确性受到限制。从纱线悬挂造型的形态出发,构建纱线弯曲造型的力学模型,并根据工程力学中抗弯刚度的定义来求取纱线抗弯刚度。模型中的参数物理意义明确,易于测量,该模型具有较好的应用价值。
In the traditional measuring methods, the bending modulus of yarn is mostly expressed in the force and the corresponding degree of flexibility produced as the sample being bent. However, the measured results acquired from these methods tend to be affected by the confining conditions and the basic hypotheses, thus are not comparable. In this paper, a new model to measure the bending rigidity is constructed, based on the yarnhung configuration and the definition of bending rigidity in the engineering science. The parameters in the resulted formula are relatively easy to measure, which makes the formed method applicable in practice.
