摘要
构建校园文化是女子高校培养女性人才的一项重要课题,但目前女子高校的校园文化建设,仍在低层次上徘徊,尚未显示出鲜明的特色,并在操作上缺乏系统性。基于此,女子高校应采取积极有效的策略,从整体上、全局上构建校园文化,要以大学精神为灵魂,构建校园精神文化;以校风为核心,强化校园行为文化;以规章制度为基础规范校园制度文化;以校容校貌为标志凸现校园物质文化。
Construting the campus culture is an important issue of women＇s colleges to cultivate women talents. But the construction campus culture in women＇s colleges at present is still lingering at low- level , doesn＇ t show the distinct eharaetem and is short of systemieness in oporation. Basing on these, women＇ s colleges must adopt effective tactic to construct the campus culture in a whole and of all. To eonstract the campus spirit culture taking the college spirt as the soul;to strengthen campus behavior culture taking system culture taking rules and systems as the base and to mark the campus material culture take the visage of college as a symbol.
