摘要
休谟的正义起源说建立在两个预设之上:一是自然资源的相对匮乏的外部预设,它是正义起源的外部条件;二是人的自私和有限慷慨的内部预设,它是正义产生的深刻人性论基础,两者缺一不可。
Hume＇s theory on the origin of justice is based on two supposes. One is the external condition that natural resource is relatively deficient; the other is interior suppose that the human is both selfish and limited generous, which is the foundation of human nature of the origin of justice. The two are indispensable for the the origin of justice
