摘要
分别应用MTT试剂活细胞测定法和3H-TdR细菌掺入法,观察人尿集落刺激因子(CSF)体外加入对受辐照小鼠外周血成熟粒细胞存活和体内注射对外周血吞噬功能的影响。结果表明:体外加入一定浓度的CSF能提高外周血粒细胞的存活,且有良好的剂量效应关系。同时人尿CSF能增强受照小鼠外周血的吞噬功能。提示这可能与人尿CSF辐射保护作用有关。
By using MTT assay, it was showed that the survival of mature granulocytes in peripheral blood can be enhanced by addition of Hu-CSF and closely correlated with its concentration. By 3H-TdR incorporation measurement,Hu-CSF enhanced the phagocytosis of peripheral blood of irradiated mice with total dosage 6 Gy once or 3 Gy 3 times separately.
