摘要
我国县域旅游产业发展中存在着缺乏科学规划、县域旅游形象定位不当,追求短期利益、破坏区域旅游产业的可持续发展,人力资源短缺、整体经营管理与服务水平较低等问题。解决以上问题需要进一步加强对县域旅游发展的科学规划,加大旅游人才的引进与培训力度,从旅游产业格局和比较优势角度出发制定县域旅游的整体协调与可持续发展。
Many probles have been found in the development of district tourism of China, these probles reflect in absence of programming, improper image positioning, hunting short-term benefit, destroying tourism sustainoble development, absence of human resource, low management and service level and so on. For resolving these problems, we should enhance the scientific programming of district tourism; expand the training of tourism professional. From the angles of tourism pattern and comparable advantage, we put forward the holistic idea of developing district tourism and takes out a countermeasure to sustainable development of district tourism.
