摘要
目的:为探讨拔除留置尿管的不同时机对尿潴留的影响;方法:将40例留置尿管病人随机分组,A组20例在膀胱充盈时拔管,B组20例在医生下医嘱后,不论膀胱是否充盈立即拔除尿管。结果:A组自动排尿率为95%,B组为80%自动排尿率;结论:膀胱充盈时拔除尿管比膀胱空虚时拔除尿管能明显减少尿潴留。
Objective： Indwelling eatheter removal was designed to investigate the impact of the different timing of urine retention. Methods：40 Indwelling catheter patients were grouped stochastically A group of 20 patients, bladder catheter was extubated when their bladder filling. B group of 20 patients, hladder catheter was extubated regardless of whether bladder filling after doctors finished medical advice, Results： Automatically urination rate of 95% in group A. automatically urination rate of 80% in group B. Conclsion：When patient＇s bladder is filling, the removal of the bladder catheter can signifieantly reduce urine retention.
