Determination of avermectin B1a residue in lycium barbarum by high performance liquid chromatography with solid-phase extraction

摘要 建立了固相萃取前处理净化技术.高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测枸杞中阿维菌素B1a残留量的方法。样品用乙腈提取,经C18固相萃取柱净化,采用C18柱(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm)分离,以V(甲醇):V(水)=85:15为流动相,在245nm下进行检测。阿维菌素B1a在0.20~2.00μg/mL范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);该方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.02mg/kg;添加回收率为88.3%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.8%。 A method was developed for the determination of avermectin B1a residue in lycium barbarum by HPLC with a clean-up procedure by SPE. Lycium Barbarum was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by Cls SPE colmnn. The analysis was performed on a Cas colmnn (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) with methanol-water (85:15) as the mobile phase and detected at 245 ran. Avermectin B1a showed good linear relationship (r = 0.9994) in the range of 0.20- 2.00μg/mL, the limit of detection was 0.02 mg/kg (S/N = 3). The recoveries ranged from 88.3% to 102.5% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) from 2.1% to 3.8%.
