Some Special Intestine Epithelial Cell Lines

摘要 进行肠上皮细胞的分离培养是研究小肠功能、营养物质吸收机制及其调控的主要手段之一。本文综述了国外已经建立的几种特殊的肠上皮细胞系。 Isolation and culture of intestine epithelial cells is an important means to research function of intestine, mechanism and regulation of nutrition absorption. The article reviewed several important intestine epithelial cell lines.
