摘要 在分析了STL(StereoLithography)数据特点的基础上,针对STL数据冗余,不适合直接网上传输的特点,设计了网络传输文件T文件,减少了网络数据传输量。研究了STL数据到T文件的转换方法,并且采用Java3D技术开发了T数据的远程图形显示系统,实现了STL文件的远程快速浏览。从而为把快速原型制造与协同设计相结合提供了工具支持。 Based on analyzing STL (StereoLithography) ides, a conclusion can be got, that, STL data is redundant in depicting model topology. A new data format called T is design to reduce the data redundant, and the method to transform STL into T is researched in the paper too. Secondly, graphic system in client side to browse T model is developed with Java3D techniques. Then, STL model can be browsed conveniently since it can be translate into T format. The research in the paper provide a tool for integrate rapid prototype and collaborative design.
