摘要
由沤麻液中分离并选育得到两株果胶酶产生菌,分别命名为HDYM-01和HDYM-02。采用形态观察、生理生化特征及16SrDNA等方法进行鉴定,确定HDYM-01为霍氏肠杆菌(Enterobacter hormacchei),HDYM-02为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。通过对沤麻过程中的微生物多样性的研究,确定了在沤麻过程中兼性厌氧菌起主要作用,在沤麻过程中可培养的兼性厌氧菌数最多,可达7.3×107cfu·mL-1。而对沤麻过程中优势菌群的分析可知,假单胞菌属是优势菌属。
Two stains, HDYM - 01 and HDYM - 02, were separated from retting water. HDYM - 01 was identified to be Enterobacter hormaechei and HDYM -02 to be Bacillus cereus according to morphorlogy, physiological and biochemical characters and 16S rDNA sequencing. The predominant bacteria in flax retting were found to be the facultative aerobes on the basis of microbe diversity study and the number could be up to 7.3×10^7cfu·mL^-1. Further analysis showed that Pseudomonas was predominant genus.
