摘要
目的:探讨错主要类别(安氏错及覆覆盖关系)在颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandib-ulardisorders,TMD)组与正畸病人组间有无明显差别。方法:颞下颌关节紊乱病相关症状为主诉的369例(TMD组),要求正畸治疗的933例(MAL组),对两组人群同年龄、同性别配对,取研究模观察。结果:①两组比较安氏错类型无明显差异(P>0.05);②TMD组深覆病例明显高于正畸治疗组,而前牙对刃、反,后牙反的比例均明显低于错组(P<0.05)。结论:深覆与TMD关系比较密切。
AIM： To investigate whether there is significant difference on the main kind of malocclusion （ Angles classification of malocclusion and the relationship of over - jet and over - bit） between temporomandibular dis- orders （TMD）patients and orthodontic patients. METHODS： 369 TMD patients and 933 orthodontic patients visited in our hospital were included. Patients from the two groups were paired with same age and belong to same sex. Study cast were obtained for all 1102 subjects. RESULTS： （1）There is no significant difference on Angles classification of malocclusion between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ;（2）The cases of deep over -jet in TMD group were significantly higher than those in the orthodontic group. While the ratios of anterior edge to edge bite .cross bite and posterior cross bite in the former group was significantly lower than those in the later group （P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： The relationship between deep over- jet and TMD is close.
