病毒感染与腰背痛关系的研究进展
摘要
腰背痛是临床上许多疾病的常见和共有症状，患者常以此为主诉就诊。在因感染因素引发的腰背痛患者中，细菌或真菌感染引发的、与医源性因素有关的腰背痛更多见．而病毒感染因素在腰背痛发病中往往被忽略。许多病毒感染后．在典型症状出现前的前驱期可有由病毒血症或病毒毒血症引发的发热、全身不适、肌痛以及腰背部疼痛等表现，患者此时可以腰背痛就诊，极易出现误诊甚至延误治疗．更有病毒感染引发腰腿痛被误诊为椎间盘突出症而手术者。笔者就此相关研究和进展综述如下。
