摘要
本文介绍了ＢａＴｉＯ＿３半导瓷ＰＴＣＲ材料的性能，给出了低温ＰＴＣＲ材料的配方、工艺要点及主要特性参数，提出了改进性能的途径。
The mechanism of PTCR effect of BaTtO3 Semiconductor ceramics PTCR materail is introduced in the pater. The pracription primary technology process and the main Characteristic parameters are provided . Meanwhile, the paper deals with the way to improve the performance of the material too
