摘要
从南方红豆杉树皮中分离到30株内生真菌,结合形态学和ITS-5.8S rDNA序列两种鉴定方法,确定其中1株(XH004)为生赤壳属(Bionectria)真菌,这是目前世界上首次从红豆杉科植物中分离到该属内生真菌.通过抑菌实验、细胞毒实验、TLC检测和HPCL检测证明XH004代谢产物具有明显的抗菌和杀细胞作用,且极可能含有紫杉醇或紫杉醇类似物.
Thirty endophytic fungi have been isolated from the bark of Taxus chinensis var. mairei. Morphologic and ITS-5.8S rDNA sequence identification methods used in combination identified one of them (XH004) to be Bionectria sp. , which is a newly-recorded species in Taxaceae endophytic fungi. Bacteriostatic test, cytotoxic test, thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) confirmed that the metabolites of XH004 had obvious bacteriostatic and cytocidal activities and suggested that they probably contain certain taxol or taxol analog.
