摘要
河南省城市煤气联产甲醇项目是以煤气为主导产品的社会公益性工程,为义马至郑州的十几个沿线城市提供城市燃气。该工程以义马坑口煤为原料综合利用,采用自行开发设计的城市煤气联产甲醇创新集成新工艺,成功地解决了城市煤气调峰调质和实际生产中结蜡等技术难题,解决了城市煤气和甲醇生产对原料气气体成分要求不一致的矛盾,为城市煤气联产甲醇提供了全套工艺软件与核心生产技术,对于促进煤炭的清洁高效利用、提高煤的综合利用水平,降低环境污染、建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会都具有重要意义。
The project of Henan city gas for co-producing methanol is a social-public-welfare engineering with coal gas as leading product, which supplies city gas for more than 10 cities along lines from Yima to Zhengzhou. By using the self-developed and designed integration and innovation technology of city gas for co-production of methanol, this engineering successfully solved not only the technical problems on producing wax in actual production and peak-adjusting and quality-adjusting of city gas with Kengkou raw coal of Yima, but also the discrepancy of the different requirements for raw gas composition in producing city gas and methanol. A complete technology software package and the core production technology were supplied for city gas for co-production of methanol. This project is of great significance for promoting the clean and efficient use of coal, enhancing the level of comprehensive utilization, reducing the environmental pollution and constructing a conservation-minded and environmental friendly society.
