摘要
在大学生思想政治工作中,无意识教育作为对有意识教育的有益补充,具有依附性、愉悦性、潜隐性、易逝性等特征,它能够有效消除被教育者的逆反心理、覆盖思想政治教育全过程、激发学生的参与意识,具有其独特的优势,应引起足够的重视。为此,要着重从塑造高尚主体人格感、树立先进典型、加强校园文化建设、发挥大众传媒导向作用等方面来进一步强化无意识教育。
Unconsciousness education is the beneficial complement for consciousness education and is characterized by dependeuce,happiness,secret factor and easy disappearance in ideological and political work for college students. It can valuably get rid of the disobeying psychology of students being educated, cover the whole coupe of ideological and political education and inspire students＇ initiative to participate,which should be paid full attention to. Therefore,unconsciousness education should be strengthened from the following aspects：forming lofty ideals,setting up advanced and typical examples, strengthening campus culture construction and bringing mass media into play.
