摘要
随着国际上循环经济和可持续发展模式的不断发展和演进,政府采购日益重视环境保护和生态平衡,不断朝着与环境更友好、更和谐的方向发展。政府绿色采购在当前环境问题日益严重和政府采购规模不断扩大的形势下,具有重要的理论和现实意义。该文就政府绿色采购的必要性作简要分析研究,并在此基础上提出关于构建中国政府绿色采购制度的几点建议。
Along with the progress and evolution of international circular economy and sustainable development pattern, more and more attentions are being paid to environmental protection during the processes of government procurements, which are progressing toward more environmentally friendly and harmonious direction. Government Greening Procurement does have special significance especially under the circumstances of the increase of government procurement scales and the presence of the severe environmental conditions around the world at present time. Research and analysis on the necessity of Government Greening Procurement are studied in this article. And as a result, several relevant suggestions concerning constructing Domestic Government Greening Procurement System are raised as well.
