摘要
目的对党政干部工作倦怠、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效关系进行探讨。方法采用自编的工作倦怠问卷、离职意向问卷、自我效能感问卷、工作绩效问卷对党政干部进行调查,用相关分析、回归分析对数据进行处理。结果党政干部工作倦怠与离职意向存在显著正相关,与自我效能感、工作绩效存在显著负相关;工作倦怠、自我效能感、工作绩效可以直接或间接影响离职意向。结论党政干部工作倦怠、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效之间相关显著。
Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout, turnover intention, self-efficacy, job performance of party and governmental cadres. Methods To investigate the party and governmental cadres by questionnaire of job burnout, turnover intention, self-efficacy, job performance, correlation, regression were used to compute data. Results The party and governmental cadres' job burnout positively correlated with turnover intention and negatively correlated with self-efficacy and job performance; Job burnout, self-efficacy, job performance can directly or indirectly influence turnover intention. Conclusion The party and governmental cadres' job burnout, turnover intention, self-efficacy, job performance have significant correlations.
