摘要
目的探讨朋辈辅导员心理培训方式在高职院校心理健康教育中的运用效果及对高职大学生心理健康水平的影响。方法选取高职大学生80名进行团体心理培训,用艾森克人格问卷、症状自评量表和自编的自我变化评估表进行前后测。结果朋辈辅导员培训前后的强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、偏执因子差异显著;躯体化、敌对因子差异极显著;内外向(E分)前后测差异极显著;神经质(N分)前后测差异显著;朋辈辅导员在自我认知、人际交往能力、情绪调控等方面都有所提高。结论在高职院校开展朋辈辅导员心理培训有助于提高高职大学生心理健康水平。
Objective To study effect of peer-counselor training on the vocational and technical college student mental health. Methods 80 students were selected to give them the group training and take EPQ, SCL--90 and self-estimated questionaire as methods to compare the effect after training. Results After training, there are difference of four factors including the force symptom, the interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, crankiness which is remarkable. The difference of the body symptom and hostile is quite remarkable. The difference of E and N is significant after training. The results show that the trained students' ability of self-recognition and communication have been greatly improved. Conclusion Peer--counseling training is a useful assistant way to improve the psychological essence of the polytechnic college students.
