摘要
目的了解大学新生的心理健康动态变化过程,确定对大学新生心理干预的最佳时期和方向。方法对新入学大学生进行了一个学期的心理健康水平和总体幸福感的跟踪调查。结果新生的总体幸福感在入学后逐月增加;SCL-90中的强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对因子得分在入学后第2个月升到最高水平,而阳性症状痛苦水平只在学期最后1个月份急剧升高;焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子得分在学期末最低。结论对大学新生的心理干预应该在学期初和学期末各有侧重地进行。
Objective To know the levels of mental health in college freshmen, and confirm the time and keystone for psychointervention. Methods The levels of mental health and General well-being investigated in freshman. Results The trend that the levels of both mental health and General well-being gradually had increased in the freshmen. In the second month, the factors of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility were the highest. The positive symptom distress levels were the worst, the degree of anxiety, photie anxiety, psyehotieism Were the most low at the last month. Conclusion It will need select time and keystone, that psycho-intervention for freshmen.
