摘要
目的探讨贫困大学生心理健康状况,为更好地开展助困的心理健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法用SCL-90量表、16PF量表及Zung氏抑郁量表,对3637名大学生做心理测试。结果贫困学大学生的心理卫生问题发生率及抑郁发生率均显著高于非贫困大学生;贫困大学生在SCL-90量表各项得分都比非贫困大学生高,且差异呈显著性。贫困大学生的性格在乐群性、兴奋性、敏感性、怀疑性、世故性、幻想性以及心理健康方面不及非贫困大学生,在忧郁性、独立性,创造力、感情用事、成长能力方面分数比非贫困大学生高。而且贫困大学生更多地表现为内向的性格特点。结论贫困大学生的心理健康状况与非贫困生相比要差,解决贫困大学生的心理问题,应与解决其生活实际困难结合起来,两方面缺一不可。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of impoverishment college students and to provide theoretical evidence for improving work-study program and mental health education. Methods A total of 3637 college students were tested with symptom cheek list 90 （SCL-90）, Cattell-16PF model and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale. Results The prevalence rate of psychohygiene problems and anxiety among the poverty college students was distinguished higher than those non-poverty students. The poverty students got higher scores in every factor test in SCL- 90 than others. The difference is significant. And their personalities were not so healthy in some aspects such as warmth, liveliness, sensitivity, vigilance, privateness, abstractedness and men- tal health as non-poverty students. While they got higher scores in else factors including apprehension, self-reliance, openness to change, perfectionism and self-care ability than non-poverty students. What＇s more, most of the poverty college students＇ personality feature was introverted. Conclusion The mental health status of poverty college students is weaker than non-poverty students. To solve the psychological problems of poverty college students should be associated with improving their financial conditions. Both of them are very important and not a single one can be ommited.
