摘要
本研究测定了隐性白羽和仙居鸡参考家系F2代500羽个体的26个微卫星座位的多态性,分析微卫星标记与鸡肉品质性状之间的相关性,结果发现:位于2号染色体上的标记ADL212分别与pH值和嫩度显著相关;位于3号和5号染色体上的微卫星标记MCW 004和MCW 223与肉色显著相关;与胸肌失水率显著相关的微卫星标记分别为:位于2号染色体的MCW 264和ADL212以及5号染色体的MCW 223和9号染色体的ADL211。
The genomes of 500 individuals in F2 population of Recessive White Chicken and Xianju Chicken were screened using 26 microsatellite markers. The correlation between microsatellite markers and meat quality traits in chicken was analyzed. The results showed that: ADL212 in chromosome 2 was significantly related to pH value and tenderness; MCW4 in chromosome 3 and MCW223 in chromosome 5 were significantly related to meat color; four microsatellite markers, MCW264 and ADL212 in chromosome 2, MCW223 in chromosome 5 and ADL211 in chromosome 9 were significantly related to water lost rates.
