低氧性心脏损害发病机制及治疗的研究进展 被引量:7

Progress in Pathogenesis and Treatment of Heart Impairment in Hypoxia

摘要 低氧是儿童时期心肌受损的常见原因。低氧发生后心肌细胞能量衰竭并发生一系列生化级联反应,继而膜离子泵衰竭、Ca2+内流、氧自由基堆积,导致心肌细胞受损甚至死亡;缺氧后心肌细胞的坏死和凋亡同时存在,而遵循不同途径的凋亡在心肌受损过程中起着重要的作用;营养心肌、促进心肌细胞代谢是目前主要的治疗手段,提高心肌细胞对低氧的耐受力,阻断生化级联反应,从分子水平进行干预,调控凋亡过程,干细胞重建正常心肌组织是今后治疗的方向。
