摘要
假捻作用能增加纺纱段的纱线强力,减少断头,提高粗纱质量.本文根据纺纱工艺的基本原理、纱线力学理论、动力学理论,分析了假捻器的假捻机理,为新型假捻器设计提供了理论基础.
False twist can enhance the strength of yarn, reduce the amount of end breakage and improve the quality of yarn. Using the fundamental principle of spinning technology, the mechanics theory of yarn and the dynamical theory, it analyses the false twist mechanism of false twister, and provides a theoretical base for design of a new false twister.
