棉针织物在整理过程中的松驰现象

摘要 本工作建议使用溶胀剂使棉织物松驰,选择的溶胀剂,即苛性钠水溶液,可在煮练和漂白的条件下使用到织物上.一般认为,棉织物在苛性钠中会导致收缩,实际这种变化是可断定的.可采取相应的办法来克服如:纱的变性和针织方法。使用STARFISH的方法可决定针织过程中织物的松紧度以及最后扩幅的密度.实验证明:不使用树脂平针棉织物可达到小于5%的低收缩率. This work proposed to relax cotton knit fabric using swelling agent. The chosen swelling agent, aqueous caustic soda solution, was able to apply to the fabric during scouring and bleaching under ambient conditions. As expected, immersion of cotton fabric in caustic soda caused yarn shrinkage. But such change was found to be practically predictable. Measures were taken to accommodate the change which included modifications of the yarn and knitting specifications. The STARFISH database was found to be a useful tool for the determination of fabric tightness during knitting and also stitch density during the final stentering. The laboratory trial run confirmed that a resultant fabric shrinkage of not more than 5% was possible without the use of resin for plain knit cotton fabric. It was also found that the fabric was not significantly affected by caustic soda treatment in terms of physical and dyeing properties.
