白酒中复杂的微量成分种类繁多,其含量与量比是构成白酒香型及口感协调的关键因素。气相色谱在白酒分析中的广泛应用,能为白酒生产及勾调起到很大的指导作用。分析误差产生的各种原因,提出合理减少误差的对策,为提供更加准确的检测数据提供保障。
The content and quantity ratio of various microconstituents in liquor are key factors to form liquor flavoring types and harmonious liquor taste. Gas chromatograph analysis plays important roles in guiding liquor production and liquor blending. Accordingly, the causations of the errors occurred in liquor gas chromatograph analysis were investigated and the relative measures to avoid such errors were put forward.
