摘要 纤维生物质是自然界最广泛的可再生能源,用纤维素酶水解处理后生产的燃料乙醇可部分替代石油,而纤维素酶成本的降低及效率的提高是生产纤维乙醇的关键。介绍了纤维乙醇用纤维素酶的研究进展,存在问题及展望。 Cellulose is a renewable resource widely distributed in the nature, fuel ethanol used to replace oil partly could be produced by the hydrolysis of cellulose, and the key factors to produce fibrous ethanol cover the reduce of production cost and the increase of production efficiency. The latest research advance in the use of cellulase to produce fibrous ethanol, the existed problems and its development prospect were introduced in this paper.
