摘要
本文通过向羊毛鳞片部位引入碱性基团——氨基使其增加胰蛋白酶反应位点的途径，探讨了激活羊毛底物与胰蛋白酶的反应能力以求提高减量率的方法．
A new method of wool deweighting with enzyme has been discussed. Alkali-group i.e. amino group is introduced into the scale to increase the reaction point and to activate the wool′s reactive ability with trypsin method.
