摘要
鳞片扦插、种子繁殖是百合传统种植模式的主要方法。近年来,利用组织培养技术生产百合种苗的研究方兴未艾。本实验证明,组培苗生长健壮、抗病能力强、产量高,具有较强的生产优势;组织培养技术、鳞片扦插技术、种质优化技术三者结合,可以促进百合生产向规模化、优质化发展。
Bud scales cuttaging and seed reproducing are two principal methods of lily＇s traditional cultivate pattern. Recently, the researches of uhilizing tissue culturing technology to produce lily＇s seed buds are still growing. In this research, it demonstrate that tissue culturing seedling grow healthy and strong, possess the strong ability of disease - resistant and the quantity of output is high, it has strong superiority in producing. We can get the three different technologies - tissue culturing, bud scales cuttaging, seed quality superioring- united to promote the pattern and superior development of lily＇s producing.
