摘要
经实验测定芽孢杆菌10-3最适生长温度为30℃。通过对其进行紫外诱变获得一个突变株,最适培养温度为26℃,较初始菌株下降了4℃。在26℃,250 r/min的培养条件下,该菌株诱变前后生长速度差异较大,诱变后的菌株OD600nm比诱变前增大了约5%。经鉴定该菌为枯草芽孢杆菌[1]。
The optimal growth temperature of Bacillus sp. 10 - 3 is 30℃ by determination. We obtained a mutant strain through the ultra-light wave radiation mutagenesis, which the optimal growth temperature is 26% and dropped 4% compared with the initial strain 10 - 3. The growth speed difference of the two strain of before and after mutation is quite obvious on 26℃ , 2.50r/min condition, and the OD600nm ofmutant strain has increased about 5% compared with the initial strain 10 - 3. The strain was identified to be Bacillus subtilis.
