摘要
本文从一些基本的物理假设及塑性力学基本理论出发,运用 Backofen 超塑性本构方程,推导了典型超塑板材型腔胀型全过程的最佳加压规律。根据对变形假设的修正,对自由胀形、贴模及充填阶段的最佳加压规律曲线进行合理的连接。用TP801B单板机及其他硬件组成的控制系统,实现了板材型腔吹塑成型全过程平滑、全自动控制。
Based on some physical assumptions and the fundamental theory of plasti-city, Backofen's constitutive equation was used to derive the optimal time-dependent forming pressure in a typical superplastic sheet bulging processwithin a cavity. With deformation models modified appropriately, the pressurevs. time curves in three subsequent phases,i.e.,free bulging,closing up to innersurface of the cavity and corner filling, could thus be reasonably and smo-othly joined as a continuous relationship. To justify the theoretical consider-ation, a control system composed of a TP801B single--board computer andother hardwares was set up, and a fully automatic and smooth control wasattained with the system to show the whole process of blow moulding withina cavity.
