摘要
利用复元冲击拉伸技术,对双相20Cr钢实施一维冲击拉伸和冲击拉伸加卸载试验,测试该材料在几种应变速率下的一维拉伸应力——应变曲线,通过对曲线的解析,获得了计及应变率效应和热效应且不含温度的应力——应变本构方程。
The recovery techniques are introduced into one-dimensional impact tensile and multiple reloaded of unloaded impact tensile experiments of dual phase 20Cr steel. One-dimensional tensile stress-strain curves under different strain rates are determined by this way. A reasonable constititive function form of this material relating to strain rate and thermal effect but not invoicing temperature is finally established through numerical simulations.
